FUT Champions is one of the most competitive and rewarding modes in EA FC 25 Ultimate Team. It consists of a two-part system: FUT Champions Play-Offs and FUT Champions Finals.
FUT Champions Play-Offs:
This is the first stage of FUT Champions. Players need to qualify by earning Champions Qualification Points, which are accumulated by playing and winning matches in other modes like Division Rivals.
Once qualified, players compete in a limited number of matches during the Play-Offs phase. Depending on their performance (wins and losses), they earn points and rewards such as packs, player picks, and coins.
FUT Champions Finals:
After successfully navigating the Play-Offs, players enter the FUT Champions Finals, which typically takes place on weekends (commonly referred to as Weekend League).
In the Finals, players are given a set number of matches (usually 20 to 30) to play. Performance in these matches determines rank, which corresponds to the rewards earned at the end of the competition.
Rewards include special Team of the Week (TOTW) player picks, coins, packs, and other high-value items. The higher the rank, the better the rewards.
Players can re-qualify for the next weekend’s FUT Champions Finals through the points they earn or by playing more in Division Rivals.
2. FC 25 Draft (FUT Draft)
FUT Draft is a unique mode where players build a squad from a random selection of players and compete in a knockout-style tournament. It’s a chance to experiment with different players, formations, and strategies, including using top-tier players who might otherwise be difficult to obtain.
How FUT Draft Works:
Players pay an entry fee, either with 15,000 EA FC 25 Coins or 300 FIFA Points, to enter a draft.
You are then given a set of player options to build your team. Players are randomly selected from different leagues and clubs, and you must choose wisely to create a competitive team with good chemistry.
Once your squad is set, you play a maximum of four matches. The tournament follows a knockout format, meaning if you lose, your draft run ends.
Rewards in FUT Draft:
The more matches you win (up to 4), the better your rewards. Even if you lose in the first round, you still receive some form of reward, such as packs or consumables.

FUT Champions is focused on long-term competitive play, requiring qualification and offering high rewards based on performance across multiple matches over a weekend.
